Found this at the usual cellar hole I’ve been going to for awhile, I immediately thought it was a suspender buckle/clip but the more I look at it I’m not sure. In the photo, the top of the piece would of had a small piece going across that appeared to be broken and missing. The 3 pieces to swivel. Any ideas???
