Dropping the gym membership, haven't been there since starting this hobby :lol: It's at least a two mile walk everyday, 100 squats, 100 situps, you're not eating junk in the field (thats how you diet off the waist line). You carry water and a powerbar. An unexpected perk and one that will keep me doing it... but then there is winter again :no:
 
yeah, I've stopped eating lunch and started MDing on my break. much better for me =)
