Very cool but to me it looks like something that took a lot of tax payer dollars to construct which for some reason there seems to be plenty of but then again I could be wrong.

Tax payer dollars?
Wintergaten is a Swedish band, pretty much funded by them.
If any government on the planet were involved it would probably have so many redundancies built in it wouldn't be able to carry a tune.
