My favorite episode was when Perry defended a friend of Hamilton Burger's. Obviously, Burger wasn't the prosecuting attorney in this case, but he was in the audience in court. It was especially funny when the DA objected to something and Burger quietly said "Shut up" or something to that effect, and smiled when the judge overruled the objection. Of course, Perry's client was not the killer, if that needed to be said.
Ha ha, they still run that series from time to time on MeTV locally in the Kingdom! Seen them when they first were broadcast, then watched the reruns while in college, then seen again at least 3 times. The entire series!

Yup... MeTV is a sub-channel of Boston's Channel 5 (5-2) and I see a couple of episodes of Perry Mason a week. It starts at 9 AM. Yes, I'm retired. Neat seeing the old black & white shows again.
