I have seen this solar fan hat advertised for $39 - $49.

It is so hot now in Georgia above 94 each day with high humidity. I am looking at this hat and wonder if it really works. Has anyone tried something like this?

I usually check the reviews on Amazon even if I plan on buying something elsewhere.

I did a quick look on solar fan hats on Amazon and the results with more than just one or a few reviews seem low (unless I missed some)

I did see a listing for a wearable usb rechargeable fan that has good reviews, not sure how long it will run before needing recharging -

Do some research on Amazon first even if you buy elsewhere.

I never used that one. I did made one in the mid 90's when working construction in SC. Mine wasn't very strong with solar power. I then changed it to a rechargeable battery in tool belt and a stronger fan.
