Sorry to say, this is only my second time out this year metal detecting. I went to a city park that has been pounded, just like every other city park. I was able to uncover a few older items/coins using my Anfibio Multi. The buckle is probably the largest one I've ever found. Also, what looks to be a pistol ball?
The compact lid is old. It is a Deere Reich Ash from the 1920's. Also found a Wheat Cent and a 1907 V Nickel. I gotta make more time for detecting!

Nice finds from a pounded park. I bet there are more nickels to be found there. Those are the last to be cherry picked.

Good luck!

Thanks. You are right about nickels being the last coins pulled from parks. I usually only dig nickel signals when they are showing some depth.
