Early this morning went to a 1920's-30's Brethren camp meeting grove a mile away from me which I have never detected. Decided to do along the heavy wood line and first plug out pops a 1936D Buffalo. Few minutes 1926 and 44 wheaties and a couple clad pennies as well as a load of lead slugs in about an hour before the heat and humidity started kicking in. Not sure what they are so if anyone can help.

Cool! Congrats on the Buffalo nickel. I have yet to find one detecting. Curious, did the nickel read as a 13/14 (like a pull tab) or was it lower?

Congrats on the nice Buffalo! Came out of the ground better than the ones I have found. I wish all coins came out as nice as the silver ones do!:p
