Just finished some additions to my little N scale layout. I’m new to this hobby and only mess with it around Christmas. Added some houses and a station this year. I’ll add more next year. Yes, that’s Bigfoot between the trees.

Looks really cool, never got into the hobby myself but there is a place in West Chester OH called EnterTRAINment Junction that claims to have the worlds largest model train exhibit on the planet. Can google it. Like 80,000 sq feet. Have taken my kids there many times and it is amazing. If you ever get to the Cincinnati area should take some time and head over there to check it out if you're really into them.

I don't have a fixed layout, but I do have a couple of Z-scale trains (both Marklin). I like the old steam locomotives. One is their special Christmas train set with a couple of additional special Christmas cars. I'm planning on setting up the Christmas train on a TV tray with my little ceramic light-up Christmas tree in the middle.

I thought N scale was small until I saw Z scale. Yikes.

Very nice layout. Love the N-scale. I was going to build a layout of N, but didn't happen. Now they all reside in a plastic tub. Well done.

Here are some of my trains. They are on two sheets of plywood now was 4 sheets.I have several totes of them.

I had some HO when I was a kid. My grandpa was big into trains and apparently there’s a ton of Z scale(?) trains in my folks garage he left. Not sure at this point but told my dad I would like some of it... I like trains.

We have this locomotive in the park near me...ok, no one said anything about scale!
When I was a kid we could climb in, on and around it. Then at some point things changed and the county put up a fence.
They even swiped the plaque in front.

Look up Mitchell domes train show videos. They are 3 HUGE glass domes in Milwaukee Wl. Every year the train show is something to see. I have been there and it is great. They put a lot of work into this. They also have a Arid dome and a Tropical dome. When I lived in the area I would go there in the middle of winter so I could take my coat off and pretend it is summer. When it's 20 below and the snow is up to your waist it's worth the drive front Kenosha when I lived there.

At one point, Z scale was the smallest, but I think that the Japanese have two smaller gauge trains now. I think one of them is TT0. Z scale trains aren't what you would call cheap, and I would advise maybe a little lubrication with the proper lubricant, especially if they are out in the garage.

Your trains are awesome. I have a lionel coal train set I got for my 7th birthday back in 2013 or so. It’s beat up from having a little kid playing with it but i take it out from time to time. If i didn’t spend all my money on detectors i’d be buying trains!
