Thin silver band with hallmarks

Hi everyone. No luck on this one. Found at a mid 1800s park about 6 inches down. It had that plastic do-dad caked inside of it. It was broken and hollow inside. Anyone know the hallmarks? Maybe it was park of a fancy pen? Thanks for your help!
