Can someone please tell me what this is other than an Aluminium coin. Are they rare? What is the purpose of them? I found it today in a school yard and was curious. Thanks for the help.

I've found quite a few of these over the years which leads me to believe that they're a fairly common find. That said, they're still nice to find. Congrats on a nice token.

I dug the exact same one just this yr..
