Default Gold-less streak broken

Hit up a local park today. Started around the totlot and found a few pennies.
Ended up hitting around the basketball court. Found around 15 clad targets
then a solid 56 popped up. Start to dig in the mud and found this little gold
ring 10 karat. Probably around 3 grams or so. First gold I have found since
around February! Hopefully can continue the streak now, usually October and
November are my best gold months

Even though it's small it all counts, congrats!

Gold has done a real good job of hiding from me this year. I would be extremely happy to see one like that come out of the dirt or sand. Nice Find.

Gold and silver haven't shown themselves too often this year! Been hitting all the right places and probably dug 1,000 pulltabs so something was bound to eventually show up

Tracked down my scale and it only weighs 1.7 grams! Still a keeper!
Here's to some gold under your coil soon!

Gold is gold! And park gold is worth more than beach gold, much more elusive. Congrats!

Well done! I love it, even when it's tiny 9K. Can't complain about $15- $20. Sure beats another nickel!
