I was able to sneak out of work for a few hours before thanksgiving and do some hunting at the city park. First day found a 1895 S barber dime about 6” down. It read 25-28 intermittently on my Nox. Next day I hit a wonky high tone (30- 38) but it was consistent. I found this ‘47D walking half and ‘45 quarter together. My first Walker! Also if anyone lost a key fab for a Suzuki a few years back I found that too!

Thanks all, everyone says this park is beat to death but guess there is still silver there. I was excited to pull the barber the first day but was equally excited to find my first Walker.

Hey JR send me that Barber quarter, I lost it when I visited for that turkey hunt. Jamie can vouch for my story. :D
Nice finds you dog!

Hey, congratulations! I just found my first walker yesterday! It's an unbelievable feeling. Mine was a 1943, no mint mark. I put two gashes in mine tho. Great job treating her right!
