I can get a used Etrac for a few hundred or spend 329 on a Vanquish 540. What would you do for Florida Beach? Too late on the Etrac

I used to own an Etrac...not made for the beach, unless it's dry sand hunting. One of the best coin hunting machines I've ever had. For the beach, go with the Vanquish...

I also would go with a vanquish,beach hunting I’d assume you’ll dig it all. Etrac is the best land machine tho for coins, I agree with the above poster.

If you can get an E-Trac for a couple hundred I buy it and give you a finders fee.

The E-Trac is a VERY good coin machine but not so good on small jewelry. The Vanquish 540 would be better for that.
