Once again the month kinda started slow but as you can see picked up quite well. The 1/4 carat 14kt. diamond ring I found at one of my once a month stops and am surprised she didn't know what she had. That was $20, took to my jewelers and he said it was a beautiful diamond with only one small inclusion. The 2 pair of sterling earrings were my only silver finds this month. The gold tie tac was just showing the chain part so I had to drag it out from under the jewelry box draw. I took a pic of all the tie tacs to show just how they can add up. The triangle earrings were another surprise, I thought they might be silver but turned out to be 10kt. Now the best for last. We headed to a town that is mostly Goodwills and Salvation Army...don't usually find much as these places so I don't stop there much. BUT there is one thrift shop on the other side of town I go to sometimes. Husband asked if I wanted to go there. I decided why not I'm here anyway. So the first thing I see in the case is a set of 14kt. pendant and earrings with garnets for $30. I didn't think that was too bad but wasn't my cup of tea. So I move over to the other side and just happen to see markings on one of the post. I'm looking and find the Milor 14kt. Italy and think yippidee dooda pay dirt. But then I see another pair and same markings. And of course I'm like no frigging way. Well both pairs cost just about $8. If you get a second, look up on the net to see what these bad boys are going for...I about fell off my seat...
