Fossils, agates, and points!

Couldnt find a folder to put these in, but I found some nice rocks while on vacation. Even though it looks like a cowpie, the first pic is fossilized algae surrounding some petrified wood.

The second pic are of agates that I found in abundant numbers in SW Wyoming.

This last pic is of two scrapers I found in one of my favorite artifact sites. The one on the left is a beaut!

Nice! Can't really tell from the photos; how do Wyoming agates compare to Lake Superior agates?

And yes, we accept rock hunting and native artifacts over here in Bottles & Other Treasures!

I find agates here similar to the Superior agates, but these I found are more rounded like river rock, but you can tell what they are by the surface of the stone that doesnt come out well in the pic. One of the rocks (not pictured) that I found had a nice green color to it that ended up being serpentine.
