Been pretty slow going the last week, but I figured I'd post what I've found since there's been talk of new posts being few in number.

Earlier in the week I went back to a park that I've pulled a couple silver jewelry pieces from previously, and found a little more jewelry. One piece was a scrollwork ring that I was pretty sure was silver right of the bat. Also found an engraved charm/pendant that I wasn't sure on. When I finally tested them, the ring showed at 925 silver and the charm MIGHT be 800 silver (test is hard to distinguish), but more likely stainless steel.

Today I hit a new field, but only had about 90 minutes. Pulled about $3.80 in clad, with a 1965 Washington that was shallow and came out shiny on the back side. When I saw 196...I thought I had silver, but then came the 5. It must have been a recent drop. Here's some pics:

Thanks, Gauntlet. You find any in that farm field, and I bet it will be something interesting!

I don't know, this county isn't exactly known for it's "rich and famous"

I was never the patient type, but I'm learning in my old age :waiting:

(It's not going well..............)
