I'm currently working up in northwest ND on a rig doing geology work. I don't work until 5pm til 5am so I figured I'd go check out where an old Town used to be. It's about 95 degrees today and humid so it wasn't a very long hunt. I went next to an old pinetree in the right-of-way I'm guessing where a front yard used to be, and got to swinging in the 1 1/2' high grass.
I dug about a half dozen pieces of junk and was walking back to my truck dripping sweat. I hit one nice high tone right in front of my truck and to my amazement out pops a 1943-S Walker!
I got in the truck, turned the A/C on full blast and drove back to the rig.

Congratz on the walker for the father's day present. Complete with the package to unwrap: The in-situ- dirt clod

Attaboy TP, congrats on the beautiful Walker. I can't take that kind of heat any more. Good luck, Mark
Thanks Mark! I'm used to cooler weather up here so anything over 90 degrees feels like the earth is on fire....it was rough but well worth it!
