I came across this coin in a military collection. Apparently it is a 90% silver dollar coin that weighs in just a fraction under an ounce. So is melt value based on 100% silver, i.e. this coin would be worth 90% of current melt? Any opinions on whether it has much value over melt would be welcome as well - thanks!

Cool coin! I checked the completed listings on eBay and seems like you could get a little above melt after fees and shipping. I think it's $18.16 right now. These are the lowest sale prices so you could probably do better.
