when i worked at the ford dealer in fredericksburg va. there were guys who did the civil war reenactments as well as relic hunt. it was nothing to walk by there trucks and see bullets just tossed in the back because they found so many. one day one of the relic hunters came in with an almost pristine cannon ball.
i recently retired and now i am really into the hunt. i am so lucky where i live in fredericksburg and the pictures you see is the rapidan river just 5 minutes through the woods.
thanks for the forum,
mark

Welcome

Welcome from Kansas, retirement is great and detecting is a great way to stay active.

Welcome, from a bit north of you. The rapidan is supposed to have gold too, might want to get some pans!
