2018 was the last year I was able get out and spend a lot of time dirt fishing. My Etrac pretty much hung on the wall for 3 years. Starting this past August my discretionary time opening up back to normal levels.
Been out 6 times in the past 2 months, found a 14K gold chain on the first trip out plus normal handful of clad. About half way through the hunt, the audio went dead. Screen display operated as it should, no problems with the display.
After cycling it on/off several times the audio came back. This has happen 5 of the last 6 outings. Sometimes its 15 - 20 minutes into the hunt, other times its 2 or 3 hours after start up.
It has happened with without headphones and with headphones.
No real pattern to when it occurs.
Has anyone else has similar problems with their Etrac? Mine will be 10 years old in December.
