Default tracker 4 10" coil

I have a tracker IV with the 8" stock coil. I want some input from those of you who have put on the 10" coil, on depth and on pinpointing. This is my first post and this fourm has been extremely helpful.

I don't have any experience with the 10" coil, but from what I've read, you'll get a couple more inches of depth from the 10" coil, but smaller items closer to the surface can be missed due to masking. Imagine pinpointing with the 10" is no different than pinpointing with the 8". Happy Hunting.
