Found the other day. I believe, unless corrected, that its a Reese Secure Lever padlock. Made by the the Reese padlock co. in the early 1900's in Lancaster Penn. I tried cleaning/restoring but it started to come apart so I left it in this condition. What's unusual to me it the forked key it used.
