Just found this in a low tide lake, near a foundation where it looks like there was a lumberjack house. Can't wait to go back if the water is not up yet

Found in Qc, Canada.

Does any one know what this "iron" arrow is ?

I think that if it was part of a hinge, that it would be flat on the side that went against the door or gate, and this appears to be cylindrical. I'm thinking iron crossbow bolt. Possibly used for fishing? The hole in the pointed end looks like a good place for a retrieval line to attach. Then again, I could be totally wrong about this. Cool coin! Congrats!

yes, at first I though of an harpoon or something like that for fishing.
