The darn thing looks familiar, but I can’t place it. I think the letters are WEW.

The back side has a raised area around part of the rim that isn’t uniform. You can see that the raised area gets wider from left to right. The drawing is what I think it may have originally looked like. But, obviously, I don’t know how far the raised rim went around.
