unidentified thing

Its about 10mmby 10mm,looks very old to me,its quite thick,about 3mm thick.If you look on the one side you can see a small hand,what on earth is it.

Ok,i know what it is now ,its a coin weight but havnt got a date on it yet so will let you know as soon as i have one.Have found the date out,its 1600-1700,s
