Broke 4,000 coins for the year. 4,113 at the end of May. Only 26 wheats, 4 silver dimes and 2 silver quarters in the pile. 10 silver rings, and 3 silver pendants. Haven't got jaded about clad yet. Still love those tot lot quarters and dimes.

Very impressive numbers trobaughokc. You can't beat free money even if it's only worth face value.

WOW thats a lot of digging. and still a half a year to go. great work

Yeah clad ain't bad, I always say.
I for one go through all my clad to look for errors and varities, and have found a few off center pennies and dimes to add to my collection.

Good going! I have noticed that MDing is a lot like fishing...you can catch one special fish(like a Marlin) and have a great day "fishing" OR you can fill your ice chest with snappers and grunts...and still have a great day "fishing"!

Man , that's a lot of coins !...congrats !...I'd have to try an older site or two every now and then ; nothing like that white silver coming out of the dirt . HH Roadrunner_426 White's Coinmaster Ace 250

Hey Trob, thats one heck of a number!!!! How often you get out? Whats your goal for the year?

Everyday after work, most of the day Saturdays and a couple of hours Sunday after church and quality time with the wife. I've been thinking about a goal. I think 10,000 might be doable. Depends on the heat, I'm finding it a lot harder to stay out when it's in the mid-nineties and above.

Heck, for digging over 4,000 coins, you should have more than 6 silver coins :?:. Well, Thanks, Gizmo, for leaving it there for the rest of us and thanks for digging those Memorials.
