Have a chance to buy a toltec dont know if 80,or 100 at 150.00.in pawn shop so they may negotiate.is is worth a 50 mile drive to check out?
What is such a detector worth?
I,very impatient to get out today,but should I play around with my bounty hunter 101 and order a whites prism for 200.00?
I wanted a toltec years ago when they came out but bought an eagle 2 instead.

Don't bother. Just the gas burnt alone should discourage you. These are the earliest Tesoro units from the mid 80's and are not worth that much. You'd be better off with a modern unit with more features , depth and performance. However , I do understand that if you wanted one once and didn't get it then you may want to just for nostaglia's sake.

Thanks For the Advice,I,m just a little impatient will wait for a prizm3or4 and maybe buy a toltec after ai find a few Gold coins.LOL.THis is a great forum and i,m glad I waited for a response
