Without any context, this is all kinda worthless. Where are you? For all we know this might not even be in the USA. Was this area known to be populated by some specific Native peoples, tribes, clans? Is it an out-of-the-way 1970's party site? Is it a known or suspected mining site? Do the off road/ATV rider people congregate here? Are you suggesting this is something extraterrestrial?
