Tiny bomb?

Im going to show my age here, and say that is a "cap bomb". You would go to the corner store and by a roll of those red caps for cap guns. You would rip one at at time and pull back the spring, put a cap in there and throw it it in the air. Its nose heavy, so it would invert land on the nose and pop the cap....really cool

Looked up on ebay, loads of em with or without caps, some metal and some plastic. One metal one in 2011 plastic packaging! So they are still sold! Amazing that some do-gooder ain't got em banned!
