Think I have a 1 Farthing

Think I found a farthing today. Should I clean it or just leave it. If I clean it, do you have any suggestions?

I'm no expert on coppers, but I don't think I'd clean it any more. Can you post a measurement of the diameter, in millimeters?

Yep, a KG III. 1770-1807. Probably won't benefit from cleaning up anymore that what you have already done.

I agree, no more scrubbing. If you want to be able to see a little more detail rub a little olive oil on it. That helps to bring out hidden details.

Nice dig. I always first clean lightly. You can always clean more later but you can’t go back. Good job.
