I've been hunting my yard for the past few weeks and thought that I had picked everything out. I came to this board and read many posts about ways to find more after it seemed that nothing was left...and it worked! I SLOWED down big time. Very long and slow sweeps and I barely walked. I noticed that by doing it I was able to get much deeper than before. I only found 6 coins (one being a wheat) but it proved to me that there's more out there. Thanks again for the posts and advice! It really helps us new guys out!

I don't know the 250 but My MXT is a 2 filter detector and can be swept much slower than a 4 filter detector. Depending on your detector some benefit more than others by sweeping slow. Some detectors are negatively effected by too slow a sweep. Rob
