Sweet Sixteen and done with 17 too

Hello John, I got my transmitter today, and it works. I hooked it up and tested it in the house. I will try to test it outside to see how the latency is. The unit is small. I may sew a piece of velcro to the back of my cover or might see if somebody at my work can make a 3d printed housing that I can hook it onto my shaft with a longer stereo cord. (The included cord is very short, like 3")
Hey aj I just use some stick on velcro dots I bought at Hobby Lobby. They hold tight to the plastic on the back of the arm cuff. And use the Minelab headphone cord to hook it up. Mark

Thanks Mark! I forgot about the cord they give you with the headphones! That's a great idea, keeps the plug end in the head unit sealed from water and sand. A big thank you my friend!

Mark it is not going to be as easy with the cord from the Manticore. It is different from the one that comes with the Equinoxes ML-85s. Manticore cord is coiled half way and a mile long. I may have to source a cord from the 85s.
I found my cord still wrapped up from my ML-80s it will work but doesn't have the nice waterproof connector for the head unit.

Thanks Diggerjonny! That was a rare day for sure as to find both two silvers and buffs on the same day. I certainly like surprises such as these, I appreciated your comments! John
