I absolutely LOVE Silver. Several years ago, a little birdie advised me to get my 401K $ out of the stock market and moved into Silver & Gold. Every time Silver rises $1 per ounce, wife and I do a happy dance. Just today, it rose over $2/oz, so we had to dance twice, lol.

Great news , now you can buy another beach home , OBN will be stranded on the other side of the bridge He & his twin AQ'S will be lonely , he might move down finally , after all his GF might decide after all this time together , selling both the houses , than getting one palace at the beach living the high end life style is a plus

When we do get another beach house, we probably won't be moving down, it would be like before, our vacation getaway place, so we'll keep house in MD and be able to go down to DE anytime we want. Which means I'll get to do a LOT more beach hunting.

OBN can keep his house, we can trailer his boat down to DE and he can stay with us for a few days whenever he'd like, and we can hit some spots on the Delaware Bay. I know of a small island that can only be reached by boat, lots of boaters hang there to swim, lay on the beach, etc. I've never seen anyone swinging a coil there so definitely worth a try. I'm sure there's also some long-forgotten bay beaches and swim areas down there, just like in the Chesapeake.
