I took Gig master and his buddy John out this summer to one of my best spots, where I've got most of my gold this year. Everyone including me got one or two coins. I no longer worry about other hunters here for most are so use to hunting fresh drop beaches they don't know what a deep target is...
You have to remember these spots have been closed since the late 60s, that is 65 plus years of sand movement.

Long day... just got back from hospital, this morning got a call from HR who called for Diana, I don't know what is wrong but she was very dizzy and throwing up so they were going to bring her home but Diana couldn't stand up so the called an ambulance and they took her to hospital thankfully They did a lot of tests heart was ok, they are keeping her tonight, I went down with a bunch of stuff she asked for and stayed a while, they are going to do an MRI tonight, they also gave her a anti-vert for her vertigo. Sucks to get old even though she 10 years younger than me...

I hope she's OK Craig. I didn't know there was an anti-vert for vertigo, my wife gets vertigo every now and then, outta the blue. The last time I had reserved a nice cabin on the water for us down in OC, we get down there, and first night she woke up and couldn't lay back down, said the world was spinning. I stayed up with her all night; she had to sleep on the couch sitting up. I hope it's nothing serious for your Mrs.

Its meclizine 25 mg, I used to take it everyday but I stopped because its not great to take while using heavy equpiment it makes you drowsy.

I am very good also on the range 300 yards right between the eyes , any target , I was a hunter , grew up hunting with my dad , I once dropped a 9 point buck at 230 yards standing up on a logging road , he was crossing , my dad was in a deer stand 50 yards from there , he yelled out ya got him , couldn't believe at 230, standing up I bagged that deer , I moved on from that 3006 gone to a 300ss Mark 5 Weatherby , you want to go to the range Bring your cash anytime bro. Because the old stuff is deep , you need your PI to retrieve old gold now , you figure most of your posts the rings are 100 years plus old , on the negative side , there isn't much tidal movement in the Chesapeake like Ocean Beaches , so even with a PI the time clock is ticking away while you have slacked off from that 135 gold a year- in finds , the ship is sinking more to were even Pi depth won't help you , post 61- confirms basically that through your statements VLF's- won't get gold anymore in neck deep , only a Pi is effective because the treasure is sinking more- every year , looks like you might have to travel in a few years to get the gold with Craig bro ' My gut , Ring Daddy is semi-retired finding the big score , as lack of gold sinking fast / Age Factor , less people waring gold , times are changing , maybe you & Craig can invest in Knitting , I need some blankets

Been decades since I've slung a rifle, I'm more of a 9mm guy these days. Don't need to compete, my range time is focused on center mass & head shots. Maybe I'll run into you at Best Shot sometime.

Being a sniper and taking out a defenseless, stationary creature is not a big win in my book. IMO, taking out a creature who's moving and shooting back at you would be the big win.

You would probably beat him with with your 9, myself I prefer a 45 as my carry... His rifle barrels would need to be cleaned out of the spider nests in the barrel and he will have to wash the dust off his shells
