Today I split my day woods in the morning and beach in the afternoon. I was glad I did and it’s a little different than the coins I have been posting but I did get one that’s in really bad shape but it’s 96 coins for the year and I think I’m at twenty rings

I prefer the woods I like to find really old stuff but I have been doing really well on the beach this year so I keep going back I have a problem

:dingding: Nice goods! Those silvers have been out there a while.

You have an amazing ratio of coins to rings!!!!!
96 coins : 20 rings or about 10 coins per ring.
Here in Florida, for example, I'm at 2,466 coins and 91 rings (33 Silver and Gold, 58 "junk") or about 27 coins per ring.
Man, you're killing it!!!

Your killing it Lawrence...
I'm at 27 pull tabs per coin!

Honestly right now on Lake Michigan the April pickings are slim.
Need some hot touristy weekends to replenish the bling.

Game plan until then is to head to the biggest beaches that might have a few square yards that haven't been hammered.

Took my new Nokta Score to the beach for the first time yesterday.
Very consistent with the numbers
ALL the foil rang in at 11.

Found a zipper pull about a foot deep.

So I think it will work ok.

I just got lucky this year with the sand movement. The beach is correcting itself now so the good is getting harder to find stuff but I did get my ninety eight silver coin today I was lucky the tide was high
