Ring symbol

Can anyone identify the symbol on this ring?

Also, the little pendant isn’t stamped 925, but it sure looks like silver. I found it in about a foot of water and it had to have been there awhile, because people don’t usually swim in the fresh water lakes on the central Oregon coast after August. It’s just not very warm here.

The ring is a cheapy and wasn’t in the water, or it’d be in much worse shape.
