Hello everyone. I haven’t been out in quite a while. I’ve enjoyed seeing all the pics and posts of finds. These finds are nothing special, but made my day. Posting pics for those that enjoy the pics and detect vicariously with the posts like I was doing.

These were found at an old home site rumored to be Jesse James’s sister’s home. I have NOT confirmed that. Regardless, it’s the site of an old home long gone.

Does anyone recognize the Clinton marked item and know the era it came from? It reminds me of an overall rivet. The button looks old. Any ideas about the age of it? The shot Harrison token had me excited. At first, I thought it was a US Grant token that a James had shot. 😊. I found it near the 1883 V nickel. Am I correct that the token is more modern than the nickel? Benjamin Harrison was president just a few years after the nickel was minted, but I thought these were made later. Is that correct? The pics are as found. I haven’t soaked them yet.

Thanks for looking.

Very cool finds. I have found a couple shot coins, nothing old, and the bullet never went through. Good going on the "V".
