Here's a fun find. No idea what it is at this point. Its brass with a plane of glass. The site it was found it at produces from early 1800s to 1940's. It clearly opens but it will surely break if I try. Im working on it. Let me know your thoughts!
I messed with Google AI to try and find an answer. It seems to really feel it is a high-end Victorian dollhouse window, and a sample window for door-to-door salesmen of the period. It wants to rule-out a surveyor's transit or tool because of the imprecise nature of the cross-hairs.
