Native American?

A while back a guy that is said to be pretty knowledgeable in Indian artifacts came to look at my collection. As he got out of his pickup in the back he saw my drive is full of rock and said there is some Indian work and pointed at a round stone in the drive. Well, I decided to pop it up today and to my surprise on the back seems to be some design. I don't know if it could be natural or man-made. A paint bowl perhaps? Any idea if it is natural formation or man-made?

Those circles do look like they were possibly made by hand. Pretty cool, whatever it is!

I could see the medicine man crunching up herbs for the sick in that thing. Unfortunately I know very little on native artifacts. Hope someone can share more insight, cool rock regardless
