Get the feeling that's a good'n. There is that same 13 bar pattern on a Rev war Rattlesnake button. Sorry I have no source, but that button was on Treasurenets Top finds. Nice find !!

What's the size? I found a 1785 bar cent a few years ago. Mine measures around 15/16th of an inch or 24mm.
