Hello everyone,
Merry Christmas! I've been a lurker here for a while so finally decided to join the forums on this Christmas day.
I'm located in NJ and looking to learn more about the metal detecting hobby. I own a Whites Prizm IV and Garrett Ace 250.
This season, I'm looking to purchase an allweather (waterproof or resistant) detector. Not going to submerge but will hunt on creeks, lakes as well as freshwater and saltwater beaches. Can't decide between AT Pro and MX Sport. I know many people lean towards the AT Pro but am just wondering if the MX Sport has been thoroughly tested since the "fix" for its issues.
