I find earring backs in tot lots with the At Pro, they aren't gold and I can't use that detector in saltwater but It finds gold very well. It's a keeper for me!

Wow Kapi .10 with the excal. Great score along with all the others of course. Do you remember what that one sounded like and how deep. I wish someone could make a video on such small targets with a mike near the earphone. I remember when you switched detectors to the excal and your finds skyrocketed, I think you're zoned right in with that machine!

Looks like quite a few of us find sub-grammars with the Excal/Sov GT. Great, GREAT MACHINES on the beach! The SovWOT was my first love. No sub-grammars with the SovWOT, but one with the Excal for me.

Where are all the tiny Equinox gold that I keep hearing about? Seems most small stuff was found with the BBS machines.

Yes, from this thread, it looks like BBS is the king of small gold. I know you ran a Sovereign for years, but your smallest was with the Infinium? I expect more from you! . Okay, a PI deserves to be recognized.

0.5g happy face earring (?) or charm in a tot-lot with my Compadre 8". Runners up are 0.6, 0.7 and yup, 0.8 rings at lake beaches with same. I posted all those up but not enough energy in me to link to 'em!

What the spreadsheet for gold shows: the 0.1 was a surface find while detecting, I don't remember if the Nox rang it up or not. The majority of these golds were with the Compadre.

It sounded like aluminum foil, tiny whisper. The blue Excal is a beast I don't remember how deep but probably just an inch or two, Not sure.
