Great Memorial Day hunt!

Happy Memorial Day!
Went out to the old AFB base yesterday and today and had a nice hunt.
Total of 16 wheats and two mercs, a 23P and a 45D and a little clad.
Also found a trouser button and a lock.
I had a hard 88-89 at 8" on the manticore and found one half of a sterling aviator wing badge.
It was a strange feeling to dig those wings on memorial day, made me stop and think for a moment where I was at.
