most every time i get together for a hunt with my dad some great targets are unearthed so surely today wont be any different. he is coming to my house in about an hour or so and we are gonna hit a home that use to be a school house in the mid 1800s to the early 1900s then converted into a house. the man who owns it works with my dad and says hes lived there since the 60s and noone has hunted it so hopefully we can find something good. then we are off to the field i found the coin purse a month ago or so,the lot is still largely unsearched since ive only been there twice. im looking forward to gettin out with pops and will have pics this evenin.

my dad never had a detector and he is gone now but he would have liked me doing it. sometimes i will see something that will trigger memory of him that will cause me to believe that he is smiling down on me from heaven.
