Found this in a creekside homesite dump. Original stopper still in the bottle. Been working the site for about a year and a half. Found 7 or 8 whole bottles of varying age.

I just posted in the War Relics on the forum a few minutes ago. Maybe found a cannon ball in the same general area? Its in rough shape, not sure???

Made it into the hutchbook.com

Very nice bottle for sure. I know nothing about old bottles so excuse the stupid question, but what is a hutch bottle?
For an Deep Dive into Hutch's check out www.hutchbook.com Its an early (1860's thru early 1900's)" soda-pop" bottle with a wire stopper that replaced the tradional cork. They are also distinguished by the "blob top" design
