I recently went on a cruise and was able to find some gold. Always fun plucking gold out of the Caribbean. The ring with the C21 in the stone I was able to find the owner in Fargo, ND. He had lost it a month ago. Fortunately for him he engraved his name in the ring thus made him easier to find. It was fun as I sent him a message through Facebook saying "You don't know me but I believe you went on a recent cruise" . He writes back, "Please tell me you found my college graduation ring." Loved doing this.

:dingding: WOW! Now that's very cool!! You'll need to update this hopefully with a picture with the owner showing off his returned ring. Congrats on the vacation success!

Wow nice you returned it, karma is coming your way......but looking at those gold rings maybe it already found you.

I think you're right. 14grams of 14k between the two bands.

Thanks for the kudos. I wish I could find the owner of one of the other rings as well. Dated 1998 with just the persons first name.

What a fun recovery & return... congratulations! :clapping: I enjoy return stories, so thanks for sharing yours with us!

Hoping to take a cruise down there someday. I'll have the little ones with me, so I'm trying to find areas that will be best suited for them, and not me  you bring a pirate to the Caribbean what do you expect right? Lol excellent vacation finds, congrats!

That is so cool! I look forward to the day I get to do that. So far nothing but generic stuff on my finds. Congrats.

I love these reunion repatriation md'r stories. You can't put a price on human relations like that. Thanx for bringing us along !
