Foreign Coin

I'm on vacation at Hampton Beach, NH and have been getting to do some great detecting. I'm looking forward to posting my finds at the end of the week. In the meantime though I found this coin the other day and it's bugging me that I can't figure out what it is. I know someone here will know right way. Sorry for the fuzzy pics, I don't have my usual setup to work with.

Quite a number I believe. With many more having restrictions on the ammount you can take in and out.
