Hit the school lot after work today and hits galore. Charms, ear rings, coins. All within 200 by 6 feet. No one has been here. 1.5 hours later (TMI alert) I had to pee. I finally found a coin older than me! 1953 dime. I will be going back and hitting the ball field and playground. I'm really loving the Legend with the 6" coil. Nothing gets by.

I need better locations for the old stuff, but the thrill of the find close by is good enough for me until the weather breaks.

AHH Well done Mark. I love schools. They are usually good for a pile of change and a few pieces of jewelry as well. You have just skimmed the surface, and the fact you found an old dime tells me there is more there buried deeper. The finds you made in that short time is proof in the pudding.
