First ever Silver and IHP in consecutive days!

I am happy for you. It sounds like you are hooked on metal detecting. So far I have found every coin you have shown pictures of, but it has taken me a lot longer.
Congratulations, you have a honey hole there all to yourself. Good for you.

Your finds are really beautiful, there is no such thing as a small find, they are all very valuable since we do this out of passion, I congratulate you!

Well I spent another hour or so in the same yard and it rewarded me with three more coins that are firsts for me! If this year keeps progressing like it has from the start then I am going to have a lot of bucket listers checked off the list in no time! Very grateful for what this yard keeps turning out after only about 3 hours total on it.

The property is a local yard and home with history attached to it. The property was occupied initially by the parents of and later by a famous political figure and newspaper editor in my area. (I have family that owns and lives at the property now and have exclusive access to it so I am not afraid of sharing the history or location. I have told the family to keep all of you dogs out of it!)
I have gathered quite a bit of history on the property and the people that owned it since it was first occupied in the late 1800s. I am planning on putting a post together that tells the story a little less vaguely but for now I have attached photos of the three coins it produced on my latest dig there and a photo of everything it has graced me with to this point. This yard has never been detected and I suspect it still holds a few surprises that I hope to uncover this year! Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to comment and appreciate these finds as much as I have!

The latest three coins:
1. 1917 Mercury Dime
2. 1899 Morgan Silver Dollar
3. 1897 Liberty Head (V Nickel)

The last photograph shows the 1908 Barber Half, 1904 Barber Quarter (found paired together), and some wheaties (1930, 1944, 1956), along with the recent finds.

Again thank you for sharing in this humbling experience!
Incredible!
You should have made another post with these finds.
Almost un-heard of these days.
Hh!
Tom
