Detected at my bosses 1700's farmhouse today, and pulled out 2 draped bust large cents, about 2 feet from another. This one is clear. 1801, and super details in her curls when cleaned up. The other draped bust is too worn to glean a date off of. Oh man, is there nothing better than popping out a round object from a good signal?!?

Spectacular! It blows my mind that, when this thing was minted, Abe Lincoln wouldn't have been born for another 7 or 8 years. It was waiting a long time for you to come along.

Lol, thanks Tom, so glad you're not jealous! But don't worry, joke's on us east coasters (at least where I am in NH) that we get these great coppers to dig up, but our soil is so acidic they usually come out toasted. Not complaining, still fun!!
